I. IDENTIFICATION OF THE ORGANISER
The trade name CMG RENEWABLES, (hereinafter, the “Organizer”), with registered office in Spain, and with NIF 77855186W, organizes this national commercial promotion, in accordance with the provisions of these legal terms.
II. OBJECT OF THE PROMOTION
The purpose of this promotion is to encourage the contracting of electricity supply services offered by the Organizer through the website:

Among all customers who formalize such contracts during the validity period of the promotion, a draw will be held under the terms established in these terms.
III. TERRITORIAL SCOPE
The promotion will be valid throughout the Spanish national territory.
IV. DURATION
The promotional period will comprise:
From 1 July to 22 September, both inclusive.
V. PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS
Eligible participants in the promotion:
- Individuals over 18 years of age
- Residents in Spain
- Who formalize a valid electricity supply contract with CMG Renovables within the promotional period.
Excluded are:
- Employees of the Organizer
- Any person professionally linked to the promotion.
VI. MECHANICS OF PARTICIPATION
Each valid contract formalised during the promotional period will entitle to one entry in the draw.
Contracts corresponding to rates 3.0 or higher will grant two (2) entries per contract.
Only effective contracts that are correctly formalised and not cancelled will be considered, being valid during the course of the competition.
Participation is automatic, with no need for additional registration.

Conditions of the prizes
- The prizes are personal and non-transferable.
- They cannot be exchanged for their cash value or for other products.
- They will be assigned in the order of extraction (first name drawn → first prize, etc.).
- The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize for another of equal to or greater value and similar characteristics, in case of unavailability or justified cause.
VIII. CELEBRATION OF THE DRAW
The draw will be held:

By means of a random system among all valid entries registered.
The draw will be conducted publicly through the Organiser's live channels, ensuring the transparency of the process.

- 3 alternates
IX. DESIGNATION AND COMMUNICATION OF THE WINNER
The winner will be:
- Announced publicly during the live broadcast
- Published on the Organiser's official channels
- Contacted using the details provided in the contract
The winner will have 7 calendar days to accept the prize. Otherwise, it will be assigned to the alternate.
X. DELIVERY OF THE PRIZE
The prizes will be delivered at no additional cost to the winners at the address they specify within the Spanish national territory.
The logistical management, preparation and shipping of the prizes will be carried out by the entity JMH Technology, a company linked to the Organiser, which will act as the supplier responsible for the material execution of these tasks.
For the purposes of this promotion, CMG Renovables holds the status of sole Organiser and responsible for the draw., while JMH Technology only intervenes in the management and delivery phase of the prizes.
The Organiser will not be responsible for incidents arising from incorrect or incomplete data provided by the winners, nor for force majeure or causes beyond reasonable control in the delivery process, although it will take the necessary steps to resolve them.
The delivery of the prizes will be made within an estimated period of up to thirty (30) calendar days from the date of express acceptance of the prize by the winner.
This period will be indicative and will be subject to stock availability, supply times and logistical conditions of the supplier responsible for distribution, as well as to possible incidents beyond the control of the Organiser.
In the event of temporary unavailability of the product, delays in supply or any other circumstance not directly attributable to the Organiser, the delivery period may be extended for the time strictly necessary for proper execution.
The Organiser commits, however, to:
- Inform the winner of any relevant incidents regarding the timelines
- Manage the delivery in the shortest time possible
- Offer, if necessary, an alternative product of equal or greater value and similar characteristics, in accordance with the provisions of these terms
XI. TAXATION
The prize will be subject to the current tax regulations in Spain.
If applicable:
- The Organiser will carry out the corresponding withholding or advance payment.
- The amount may be passed on to the winner in accordance with applicable legislation
XII. DATA PROTECTION
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and applicable regulations:
- Responsible: CMG Renovables
- Purpose: management of the promotion and the draw
- Legitimisation: execution of the contractual relationship
- Data will not be transferred to third parties unless legally required
The participant may exercise their rights to:
- Access
- Rectification
- Erasure
- Objection
- Restriction
By communicating with the Organiser.
XIII. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Participation in this promotion implies full acceptance of these legal terms.
XVI. MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION
The Organiser reserves the right to:
- Modify these terms for justified reasons.
- Suspend or cancel the promotion in case of force majeure.
- Exclude fraudulent entries or those contrary to good faith.
- Suspend, extend or cancel this promotion if justified reasons arise, including, by way of example and not limitation, an insufficient level of participation that prevents the normal development of the draw.
The determination of insufficient participation will be assessed by the Organiser according to objective criteria of the promotion's viability.
The Organiser may extend the promotional period if commercial circumstances advise it, duly communicating this through their official channels.
XV. LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION
The present promotion shall be governed by Spanish legislation.
For any dispute, the parties expressly submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Murcia (Spain), corresponding to the domicile of the Organiser.
